Lesha Bank's Internship Program is designed to provide qualified and motivated students with an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Banking Investment sector while fostering the development of future financial leaders and professionals in Qatar.

Interns will benefit from corporate orientation, skills training, and a variety of regular learning events and activities throughout the program. Upon completion, interns will receive a performance review and a certificate of completion, paving the way for potential employment opportunities within Lesha Bank.

Recruitment Process interns will be recruited by partnerships with universities, job fairs, and online platforms
Eligibility Criteria, Qatari , High GPA , good communication skills and behaviors
Departments Involved : core business
Interview process , HR and DCOO and the HOD for the potential opening headcount

Qatari and non-Qatari student
High school or undergraduate
Focus on finance, accounting, economics, business management, mathematics, statistics, foreign affairs, policy, information technology, computer science, journalism, or law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A minimum GPA of 3.0, and an IELTS score of 6.5 or above
