Our strategic focus is centered on the execution of a direct core and core-plus real estate investment approach, with an increasing emphasis on acquiring high-quality assets directly onto the Bank’s balance sheet. Selected investments are subsequently made available to stakeholders through structured co-investment opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis.

The strategy continues to evolve in response to dynamic market conditions, with a strengthened focus on local, regional, and global opportunities, alongside the development of a direct debt platform. This approach is underpinned by a disciplined objective of generating stable income yields throughout the investment horizon, complemented by capital appreciation upon exit.

This is further supported by our ongoing expansion within the Qatari real estate market, reinforcing Lesha Bank’s dual strategic focus on selective international exposure and scalable domestic investment programs.
